Hunter,

Had a good time at the last get together at Johns, unfortunatly I have to be in Oklahoma during the Tailgate go around so I cannot make it. However there are 2-3 guys here in Mi. that would like to come so if it is alright I will give them directions to Johns house and they can proceed from their Hope you have better weather than we did here in Luther, it rained both days so we could not get out too much. Again sorry that I can't make it.

Everyone is cordially invited except Silver Blue (he hates rejection), however, not only will there be no booze on site, there will also be no guns and there will be undercover cops to boot, namely, Master Blaster, Jokers, Jarod, Barky, RJS , Darin and Mike Rupley and N.B Logger.
Also, as surprise guests we will have Rollin Eslinger, Daniel Boulangier, Gaston Dupriere, Gib Lane and Dion Lane.
So come one and all and meet the infamous Gypo Logger who couldn't win a backyard race if his life depended upon it.

John is it going to be maple all the way or are you getting in the balsa wood for the boys south of the border; can't beat the heart wood from a hollow balsam for time trials!

Hi Frank, glad you brought that up. Ed said we should have a 30" Rock Maple, but only 24" bars so we have to cut over. I like that idea.
Also, for the guys south of the border Dozer Dan is bringing some Red Poplar. I like the idea of the Balsam though.
Chris was asking about some Balsam for his 021 stroker.

We have been getting alot of interest in the tail gate party. There is going to be a parking problem. I just spoke to John and the Venue is going to change location. Will be around the area or aaron Ontario, but still trying to find parking for all.
I Need to know who all is coming. the amount of wood is gonna be a big problem also. Wade and I are going up a day early to get all this set up.

Yeah, well consider this one more!

This is probably a stupid question, but can we bring wood across the border without any hassles? I`ve got some special extra hard stuff that I save for testing saws, so hard that noone else should even try it because it would wreak havoc on the chains of the uninitiated, LOL.
