Yeah I had the same thing with my last order from baileys. Definitely won't be ordering 'urgent' parts from them again.

baileys :mad:I like how they charged me for a part that was NLA and didn't even bother to notify me or give a refund until I raised it on the forum.

In this modern online age with most Aussies turning to the US for good value it amazes me that Baileys don't take Australian business more seriously.
Their online "lack of" postage is a joke. Every other online business can do auto postage calculations on checkout yet they claim it's "too difficult".

That's only the tip of the iceberg.. the whole joint is an unorganized rabble.. Amazon would be the best online US store I've dealt with.
Last night I ordered a pair of shoes and a seal puller ;)

I've only dealt with them 3 times and every single time there has been a stuff up. After being massively overcharged the first two times for the quoted freight after letting them "auto charge" my credit card I decided to pay via Paypal the 3rd time. This proved to be an even bigger nightmare. Even if they got their online freight sorted I'm not sure I'd ever buy anything there agin.

I had something different on my bench today, a McEwans Special (Atom), it didn't look abused but the piston was seized solid.
I stripped it down and found the cause, there was no scoring but some of the chrome lining lifted from the intake side and jammed the piston, put a nice 20 mm gouge in the piston.
That's the first time I've seen that happen.

Good stuff, Kmart also has a 6 draw tool box for $60. Had a look around and a similar kincrome goes for almost $300. I got one and it seems to be reasonably well built, the draws are on ball bearing and are nice and smooth.
