How's the mill coming along Neil? Finally got everything sorted out mate?

Yea Matt, i'm sawing again, have been since Friday week ago, I am camping onsite 2 nights and traveling 3, until I set up a proper camp.
Doing some big hours again and sawing in the sun (no sheds yet), hoping to send my 1st semi load Thursday.
My acess road is done except for the tar sealing, I want it to settle before I do that.
Going to be a long road ahead, but the land in ours free hold so I guess it doesn't matter how long it takes.
I need 12 months away from racing and engine building to get on top of it.

edit,,,,
the dribble has been busy since I have been away, some good posts and a heap of jumped posts.

Well since your baking in the sun again don't forget to SLIP, SLOP and Slap and no more eatin' jumping beans

cor blimey smokes all bout thick tonite CFA say small kids start burns very close by

Ah much thanks to the bentonite clay for dam leaks advice by some here after applications during winter and spring it was wait n see till dry dry summer for any green damp patchs...Well its been dry as nuns nasty as late and no wet bit at all nix narda so happy me. I topped up tonite with 6 more bags to be sure anyhoo

And git this a by product not foreseen but grateful any ways. My poor dam suffered azzola http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azolla as well the summer bloom would cover the surface & all my attempts to mechanical control failed year after year

This year dam clean clear water. I suspect but can not be 100% sure the bentonite changed PH or covered smothered the reproductive bits killing them and it flocking effect cleaned water turbidity

It would have been fixed from Bentonite's floccing ability. Suspended colloids give water borne nasties a food source. We actually use truckwash here to clean irrigation lines. The second you get rid of the clay particulates (food source), the algae etc disappear too. Bentonite is completely inert and has no pH buffering capacity. It's used a lot in winemaking.

ah yes make sense ta may be ph inert but it in my eyes nose ear n down me pants.. I read some eat it and others use as face skin fix masks,,, I may have just taken 5 year of my wrinkles

All this talk of dams, algae and turbidity, we have Level 5 water restrictions here now as we've had an algal boom in the reservoir.
Actually trucked water in yesterday to supply the town. (around 800 souls)
Council had an excavator yesterday digging a massive hole in the gravel of the river bed trying to get a decent waterhole going that they can pump from.

Welcome to living in town! (For the first time since 1983!)

Ha!

sent from a hand held thingy via magic invisible waves......
