CREE Q5 LED 300Lumen Adjustable Focus 3mode Waterproof Headlamp Torch Head Light | eBay

Because I crawl around in the ceilings of customers houses, I won't use my Led Lensers as knowing me, I'll leave them in the roof. I've left tools behind before! :dizzy:

It arrived today and although it's not up to Led Lenser quality, it's surprising how good it is.

I have these on the way also as I use torches for the job. They look similar to the jobbies I got form Jaycar, exact in fact going by the pic.

Those are some good bargains Al, I might have to get one also.

Its amazing how you can also get stuff like pistons (meteor i think) from hong kong for around $18 including postage.

Did you get your new panniers yet? any pictures?

Do they have a huge loss of storage in the left one to get around the muffler, or do you need to drop the pipe under them more like a road bike?

Have you got a link to the seller Rudy?

Nah Dave...........talk about itchy feet. They had the basic boxes made up but had to send them off to get them powder coated. That usually means they wait till they have a required amount to make up a batch. I wasn't made aware of this prior to payment! :dizzy: Anyway, they are supposed to send them off on the 3/11. If not I'll make a racket!

I read somewhere that 038 pistons work pretty well in the bb kits. I may get a 064 also and see which one has more potential. Have you tried an 038 piston?

No not the 038. The 064 had good skirt width and with a .020 popup you can get 190 psi compression. The 038 looks to not have the same crown height as the 064. I think I have heard others using the 038 so it would be interesting to what other differences there are, like skirt width, ring pin placement etc.

Are you going to port it? Have you seen the mini grinder kits for $50.00 at Bunnings. Grinder, flex shaft and all the bits and pieces (183) you'll ever need.

170W OZITO RTP-163 Rotary Tool Kit - Bunnings Warehouse

When I get it, i'll measure it up and let you know ;)

Yeah, I was looking at those kits also but then i was browsing fleabay and got a foredom knock-off for only a little bit more. The ozito would be good for small stuff though and all the bits... might get one.

Did the front wheels touch the ground on the way home:msp_thumbsup:
Good effort.

Have you ever driven a overloaded vehicle too fast but well under the speed limit and had the front lift off the ground after hitting a bump in the road (think culvert)?

Did you ever, ever, ever do such a scary thing ever, ever again?!!!!!

Haha yeah, it's good fun... as long as the road is fairly straight though, otherwise not so good.
