Hello all. I am kinda new to the "Old magnesium" saws, mostly have had the "unmentionable" type...lol. Anyway, does anyone out there have a Cylider and pistonw/ rings for a Homelite c-51? I recently picked up one, the saw is in pretty good shape, but has a smoked cylinder and piston. Thanks for any help.

Anyone have a starter screen to fit a McCulloch 1-50? I believe several different models like the 1-40, 1-50 and 250 will work.

I dont have the P&C but i do have a carb box, rear tank half, one way bearing type starter complete except for cord, front handle, and a couple other things, i can go out and take a picture of the lot of it if youd like. I was given it for free, so least i can do is pass it on. just let me know.

if you're looking to part it out, I can use a coil, points and condensor and starter for my c-52

LOL, I meant the "plasticy" saws. I got A couple "Oldies", just trying to get them all up and running.


Actually, the SL-5 is pretty much junk. P&c are completely trashed, (deep gouges, exhuast side of piston is almost square,lol). It does have good external pieces, (recoil, tanks, etc.). If anyone wants to trade that for a P&C for a c-51, i am game.

It needs some carb work. Also, the brake band is not present, everything else is.

Great spark (Upgraded to electronic ignition) and compression.

Looking for NOS 7-10a parts, a McCulloch 450/550 clutch, $$$, or some combination of such things.

Hey guys, I'm in need of a solid state(non points) ignition coil for an S25DA. I have a bunch of 25 and S25 parts to trade including a couple 1/4" pitch 12 and 16 inch bars and chains and a 1/4" rim drive drum and rim that are in good usable condition.

I know its a just a little saw. And as it sits neither of mine are running.
All i was saying was id rather put less money in a points saw than paying 50 plus shipping for the module.
