Indeed I did. A tuned exhaust is a game-changer. Kinda gets in the way when you're limbing though.
And I love how he rests his hand on the pipe to tell when the engine's warmed up.

Also, only just noticed a couple of posts back there from Bob, aka 'spike60'.
He's the "talent" in this video for those intently interested in all things 254 related. The 555 even gets a mention!

Did the 357 replace the 254? Would love to run a 555 but stuck in three series land and can't justify another saw for what little wood I cut.

Did the 357 replace the 254? Both 56mm.

I suppose so, though they are slightly different capacities.
254XP - 54cc (45x34) --> 357XP - 56.5cc (46x34) - both just over 3 kW output.
257 - 56.5cc (46x34) --> 359 - 59cc (47x34) - both just under 3 kW output.

I wasn't paying enough attention at the time the 357/359 were relesased and I don't know much more about them.
However, these guys do have another video....
