So you guys are saying that I need to sell my Dolmar 7900 and buy a Stihl!?

What does stihl carry these days that match a 7900?

A 361?

I do have a cold. But I think that was from being out in the cold damp air all day sunday cutting up a pain in the :censored: tree...

So I guess maybe I should sleep with my 7900 and my cold will go away. Might have to if the ol'lady won't keep me warm!!!

Who asked you to come into the DOLMAR BAR? The weather tattering your clothing??? You come and bash Dolmar...you're a DOWNER DUDE.

If you can't handle the heat, stay out. Don't walk into Dolmar threads...:spam:

So let me see if I have this right... you bust my balls about the ball being in my court, and so I should consider a Dolmar from the likes of Ultra. So then I do, and now you say get the Hell out of the Dolmar Bar?

Does owning a Dolmar lead to schitzophrenia or multiple personaity disorder or something? :monkey:

FYI, as for why I am a DOWNER DUDE regarding Dolmar saws: I have been looking at the PS 350 and 420 since they were released in Germany. A long long long time ago. I started trying to find a PS 420 around here a long time ago as well, and ran into the issues of non-existant local Dolmar dealerships (as well as non-existant saws). I also found issues with their web site, regarding dealers and information posted about some of their saws. I notified them about that (as well as posted about it here on AS). I also saw that they had a 'dealerships wanted' notice on their web site. So I called and talked to the PNW distributor about becoming a Dolmar dealer. I have also had a LOT of feedback from a lot of people in a lot of different regions on Dolmar saws, and issues with saw availability and parts. I would say that with the exception of New York state, North Carolina and a few other areas, there just are not very many Dolmar dealerships out there. Also there are many issues with being a Dolmar dealer, and I have a lot of PM information to back that up from a lot of people on AS over the past year or two.

If you do not like my stomping on this thread, TS.

Last picture is with out Cat .........

.

Thanks for posting those pics. I had wondered what they looked like. Looks no different than the cats I've seen in vehicles. The stuff breaks up easily. So they say it's bad to breathe? Why not wear a mask and just knock that junk out of there if you want a non-cat saw?

he just finessed the cat plate and presto its MIA

and could always be reinstalled if need be
