Actually, That is the back of the Deutsches Museum. It is on an island in the Isar (river). The museum is the German version of the Smithsonian. In front of the Museum there are 2 huge (20 ft)propellers from a large ship. Maybe that red thing is sumthin' nautical as well.

Thanks for the follow-up Nathan. I was worried about those guys but now that I see the booze I know everything is A-ok. Maybe the guy that was hiding behind the truck yesterday is passed out underneath it today.

I can't wait to try out that new "rigging" technique.
