Mike , I wonder if there was a double meaning in mentioning Mass on a grave marker. Wishing you all the best........:p

But then, most things German suck anyways. [/B]

well thats not entirely true. they do make the best chippers

do you think them premier chippers are worth the extra££ i have a timberwolfe and only had i prob with it in 3+ years pump whent on the bottom roller..quetion to stephenbullman

without doubt rolla.
our first chipper was an entec.
admittingley they have come a long way, but they dont touch a premier for built quality and performance.
we recently bought a jensen tracked chipper for highways work.
its german too.
fantastic chipping performance, i'd say its possible even better than the premier, unfortunately we have had a few problems with it already and its not looking promising as far as reliability is concerned.

you ever want to see the premier in action just give us a call

i used to work for a local authority and we used premier chippers which were the best i've ever used well worth the extra ££ IMO.

others i've used and would rate are greenmech and landforce.

the worst pile of $hit was a bandit

Get the customers to sign when you close the deal....
For years I wrote contracts but didn't request signatures... just so we know what we agreed on...
Well once in a while I'd get a verbal, that later got cancelled... the easiet way to remedy that is to have a signed contract.... Just mark it with an "X" and hand it to them... you don't even have to say anything most often...

I would never even consider trying to enforce a sales contract....even with a signature.

If someone wants to hire someone else the best thing to do is to just get out of the way and let them do it. You will never make out well trying to "bully" your way into work.

Count it as a lesson learned and then get on with your life.

...which is where the non-refundable deposit comes in.

Deposit is an added plus....

And no, the signature is not for enforcing... It's just to make them clear that they gave their word and have a "written" contract... Makes them a lot less likely to go price shopping....
