Jim I didnt want to speak for before you made up your mind...that sure looks big for a 450.

Here's a pic with the 450/4.5 in with some other saws. As you can see it's a beast.

Randy I have one of those 450's in my shop. The saw I have the pic posted of is quite a bit bigger than that. Give me a minute and I'll go take a pic of the other saw sitting next to the one in question.

I get first dibbs if its a 750.

The smaller saw is out front of the bigger one. Pretty sure that the smaller saw is the 450.

The rubber part of the rear handle fell off when I picked the saw up on the smaller saw.

A 550 is no slouch either. I'll have a 750 in my shop tomorrow. It won't be mine however....dangit. Getting it going for a buddy. It used to belong to his dad. I'll get pics up in a few days...

I just picked this up tonight. Got it as a non runner but all it needed was a carb adjustment....Gotta love the old hommies...They last forever!

I'm thinking 360 and 450 but will need to look at some of my saws to be sure. Someone with more knowledge will be along soon.

sweet..nice find.

This series of Homelites are my favorite.

I am just glad the Homelite area got some action...this has to be the most post in here in a long time.

Thanks Cliff! Cant wait to bury it in wood. I have another 925 with a bad p/c and drool over it sometimes dreaming of sticking it in wood. NOW I CAN!!!!

I need to get the 904 running properly..it will be a few weeks...my schedule is filling up.

I will have a 700 before too long ...I will have more Homelites than Stihls before too long.

Thanks for the help guys. I'll figure it out. When I start to go through them, I measure the bore.

Here's a few photos of Randy's Craftsman 4.5 / Homelite 450, I'll check my computer for more detailed images. If you narrow it down to a 450 or 550, the 450 doesn't have a high speed carb jet.
