LOL !!! Don't I wish, but it's for a close friend.

Murphy states that anything for a friend or family will always be a real pain.............

Do him (and yourself) a favor. Give him a better small saw. Poulan Micro, Homelite XL, Poulan XXV, Homelite E-Z, Homelite SXL, etc. Your time (and sanity) is worth it. Otherwise..........................contact the Duke regarding parts for that box store plastic thing. I think he has one of those little crap 'homelites' that he got in a multi-saw deal.

Somewhere, somebody has a tool for it. There is one for the worm gear on a clamshell Poulan. If its just a spring like piece of steel wrapped on the crank.
I agree with Aaron. Its not worth the effort. Seals=recycle to me on them. I'd rather work on a 150.

Ok the first pics are of the part #'s for the fuel lines for the Super 925XL then the 2 fuel lines, the longer one goes into the tank, then the metal line goes into it and then the shorter line goes into the box and on the carb.

update on the C5 rebuild. took the tank apart today to clean the crud out. once i cleaned the crud out there was a hole in the bottom of the tank (main body) right next to the mating edge. funny, didn't leak until i cleaned it out. can that hole be fixed with JB? if not, anyone got a lead on a tank? pix tomorrow.

Exactly where mine had been broken and welded right next to the gasket surface.

I cleaned and ground on the inside surface with my dremmel and used J.B.Weld to form a patch over it. Use a strip of masking tape to form a 'dam' along the parting edge.

Mine still leaks a tad but I used a Felpro paper composition gasket. Shoud have used a rubber/fabric material.

I just 'run and dump'.

Crap. I have a tank I could have sent you with the other parts. You will have those tomorrow or tuesday. Here we go again Jerry. LMK if you'll need it. No cap. Holds, but you will want to clean it out and replace the gasket. Should fit in a medium flat rate box....

Jerry, I have a clean leaker with a couple screws busted off. Aaron can attest to the quality of said tank, he sent it to me on my saw.
