Watched a Stihl 026 on Ebay go unsold and not even bid on. What's up with this? Kind of figured $200 seemed reasonable. Is there something in my lack of experience that I'm not seeing?

Yeah, no liability there including whatever he does to your saw! If anything happens it's the saws fault. Reminds me of all the videos of HO's dropping trees on their own houses.
