.... Stay outta my local CL to. :msp_angry:

Easy killer. I forgot you cannot pick up on the sarcasm over the internet.

Rick, I gotta admit, from what you wrote there is ZERO inflection of sarcasm in THAT COMMENT :( especially with the emoticon you added.

maybe if you added a: ;) or a  it would have shown a bit of INFLECTION (this is what they are for...afterall)

as Watson said,

Happy hunting ;)

The beer made me choose that icon

He wants 75 OBO EACH. Stay outta my local CL to. :msp_angry:

Rick. Quit yackin' here and go pick up the 700G and the Zips. He sez $75 each OBO. Betcha could get the three from him for $150................or the 700G and a Zip for $120..............or the 700G by itself for $60. Hell.............a 700G with a good P/C is worth more than $75 anyways.

I do understand the beer fueled frustration at seeing local CL saws on this thread. Happened to me a couple of times with CL sellers that I was already 'in talks' with. Nothing came of the deals, but I don't think anybody here got 'em. The sellers were really squirrely, as is often the case with CL.

Most of the time, CL sellers won't ship or deal with far away folks anyways. Ebay's another story though. It does chap my butt when I see an ebay auction I'm watching and/or bidding in posted up here. I don't think there's anything "wrong" with the practice (or that it should be stopped).......................I just don't like seeing them (or local CL stuff) here for my own sake............:D

I've also had the same experience as Randy regarding the ''deal breakers''. Some folk's word isn't worth spit. I realize that cash talks and BS walks..................but if a guy sez that you have a deal with him, and that he'll hold the saw until such-n-such day/time..................then the ******* shouldn't sell it out from under you. If you don't come through with the cashola on the day/time deadline...........then all bets are off. Everybody's ethics are different I guess...

What happened to the bar, guess if I were going to run it, I would have changed out the bar too. I got a big PNW spike that will fit that saw if your interested?

Hey Randy, if that PNW spike will fit an 1130G (gotta check my IPL's for compatibility) then I'm certainly interested in it. My 1130G needs it. I'll get back to you about the 'other' thing we was talking about...

Edit:

Just checked the IPL's. Different part numbers for the spikes on the gear drive and non gear drive saws in this series. Looks like your PNW spike won't work for my 1130G. If the 'other thing' works out, then I'd still be interested in having that PNW spike thrown in the box for my XP1020...

Sierra Nevada glissade at 6.5% each.

NICE! never tried.

I know if we have a Western MA meet and greet, and we get together, I can share an appreciation for GOOD BEER with someone else :D  While others 'enjoy' Keystone light, and Natural Ice

Count me in on that!!

You boys need to come out west some time. We've got dozens of great micro/craft breweries nearby. I can take you to the Rusian River Brewing Co, Bear Republic Brewing Co, Marin Brewing Co, Anderson Valley Brewing Co, the Hopland Brewery, Sierra Nevada (that's a bit of a drive up in Chico), etc etc etc..... Most are within 10-60 minutes from my driveway and have fantastic brewpubs. I brew my own too. Haven't done that in a while, but plan to again soon...

Specifically I'm looking for the base plate, but it never hurts to have spare bits laying around ; )
