Another example of "low balling" bidders messing it up for everyone, Buy it Now price was originally $100 and the bids are now up to $147.50. Guess it works out good for the seller though.


It looks like some eBay newbies screwed up that auction. At least the "chipper" bidder gets to pay (if they actually pay) nearly 50% over the BIN price.

There was a member here who used to brag about making opening small bids that he knew couldn't possibly win the auction just to remove the BIN option. He did so because he didn't like the idea of folks with the spare funds using BIN.

I'm sure the bidders were gambling that all it need was a wire and a cover. I hope this is the case. The paint looked good but the steel looked as if it had been exposed to the elements for a while. Ron
