Super XXV, 360 and a 1073. The poulan runs, came with a hard case. The pioneer runs. I don't know about the homie, it's been sitting for a long time for some reason. But it's got a good windsor bar and an almost new loop of RSC.

I also got a craftsman gas powered hedge trimmer and a homemade pole saw with a remington mity mite on the end of it. And a handful of misc bars and chains. $50.

Good deal Chris! Order an intake boot for that Homelite 360.

Yeah, I'll have to have a look at the whole saw Aaron. The seller didn't know anything about it. It's the first one of that type I've had, so I know nothing either. Hopefully I can make a runner out of it.

Dead/leaking boots are common with those. Do you need a Homelite Shop Manual?

And you expected it would?

Not after I posted it up here I didnt. I hope someone here got it. If they didnt I had a member lined up to get it for me, but like I said I didnt really need another or I wouldnt have posted it here. Clear as mud now?

If it would have been a 655BP I would have been on the phone seeing what I could have done to own it. See I wouldnt have 2 of the same that way and it would have made it all good. LOL

Well, this didnt last long after I posted it. :hmm3grin2orange: http://appleton.craigslist.org/spo/2811384555.html

Ok now come clean, who got it?

It was me. Called the seller and left a message not expecting to hear from him since it was up a couple of hours already. A couple hours later I get a call and set up a time for Saturday morning to pick it up. He was a older gentleman that had it since new and traded a Moto Guzzy bike strait up for it at the dealer which sold saws and motorcycles. That would have been a cool shop. Said he cut maybe 3 to 4 cords with over the years and it definitely doesn't look like it was used a lot, and he was nice enough to not lose the user manual which came with it.

Hey Mark, when did Poulan put the BP label on the 655? The other one I have which I'm putting rings in now has the boost port and the piston with the cutout on the side.

Good job, that thing is near mint. You done well and I know you will like it. Have you ran one of those before and have you run that one?

Mines a good one but dont look near that good. I should have new decals for mine soon though.

I just noticed the bar on this micro and its cool as hell. Those Windsor mini sprocket nosed bars are kind of sought after. Some of the early Poulan S25's were seen with them.

Haven't cut with one yet, only started and blipped the throttle a few times. This one the seller started up and handed the saw to me but I didn't go wild with the throttle. Didn't want to spray oil all over his garage and cars. Even if it didn't start I likely would have still bought it.
The biggest problem I found with this saw is I don't have any trees available big enough to give it a good workout.

You might have missed understood what I was asking about the BP labels. Were the labels just a marketing scheme they used later on? As I was saying in the other post that the 655 I have apart now has the boost port and the cut out piston but it doesn't have the BP label designating it as having the boost port.

No there not a marketing thing as far as I know. There were both no boost port saws and boost port saws and as far as I know they were decaled as such. I am not a expert on these though, Pioneerguy or Arrowhead are what I would more consider to be experts on these.

I caught your drift on the spraying oil all over as they oil alot and will have no problem oiling a 40" or longer bar.
