Maybe this more of your famous sarcasm that i'm missing but there is no way that's a 42" bar in the pic. Maybe it's 32".
No sarcasm was intended, or intentionally expressed. My point was, if it is a 42" bar, then that seems like an awful lot to pull with 80cc's. He's close enough that I could ask him to read the numbers off of the bar.
Point well taken. And if he's that close you could possibly help him understand how a tape measure works.
$500, $450, $700, and now $400.......... I wish I had $400...........

Anybody know how "hard to find" the tillotson carb is for this mac/partner?
It uses a Tillotson Hs carb. They can be found if you look. Rebuild kits are available.
The real problem is that if you wanted to buy that saw you never should have posted it here......

That's just what I was thinking. This thread doesn't make keeping deals 'quiet' very easy. The guy's shipping charges are even reasonable. Hell, I was forced to pay that much shipping for a clutch cover and bar plates (that I'd bought for $5) recently....
sometimes I buy stuff I never would of thought of buying if I hadnt seen it here.
curse this thread.
this thread is just like life, all kinds of twists and turns.
sometimes you help people buy and sometimes you help them sell.
sometimes you get what you need and sometimes you get what you want.
