How bad does the remainder of the piston look? If the pictures show the worst of it, you might be able to salvage the piston and re-ring.

Another option would be to look for a 350 parts saw with a good top end.

Why don't people take 5 minutes to sharpen a chain rather than writing "needs sharpened or replaced". Then, they could at least add "Freshly Sharpened Chain" to their ad.
