There was a guy at my local dealer that bought a 36 inch for an 026. He wouldn't believe that it couldn't handle it since it ran a 20 fine. The dealer gave in a sold it to him knowing he couldn't win.

Because you need it to run a B&C this size. Anyone that puts a 24" bar on a 260 has no idea what they're doing.

Bwa! I'd cut some wood with the 245 and sell that for 75 bucks before I sold off mine that cheap! Those are just dang nice saws!
