I know a man who hooked me up with a tank gasket, it's still uninstalled so I could scan it and send the file over to you if you wanted.I'll have to source a tank gasket and air filter for it to get it running consistently.
I did clear up the manual oiler button and it pumps oil nicely.
That would be great, since Max is taking his good ole time setting up a shop.I know a man who hooked me up with a tank gasket, it's still uninstalled so I could scan it and send the file over to you if you wanted.
on my 10-10, there is a plastic piston and spring that the plunger rod actuates. the spring pushes the rod and plunger back out. maybe a bad spring or no spring?I took the recoil off the PM55 to have a look at the oiler rod & all seems to be lined up properly.I sprayed some Deep Creep lube around the manual oiler where the rod goes in & on the oiler button,all to no avail.It pumps oil perfectly,but won't return the oiler button.I'm thinking of swapping out the oiler rod.
Patience grasshopper, McRome wasn't built in a day lol! Apparently McHalla is going to take 40 days, nights, weekends, overtime, and over budget!That would be great, since Max is taking his good ole time setting up a shop.
@knightmax
I'm well aware of the components of the manual oiler,fairly simple actually.It has the spring & the cap on it.I'll pull the tank later today to see if I can figure out why it's sticking.It worked fine when I tested it before I put ther tank on.on my 10-10, there is a plastic piston and spring that the plunger rod actuates. the spring pushes the rod and plunger back out. maybe a bad spring or no spring?
