Me too! That nest is quite neat. :) I should put the saw in my museum... :D

So are you gonna tear it apart, clean it up, port it, and put it back together? :blob2::blob2::blob2:

BTW, the 605, 610, and 650 are all the same saw... according to Heimann and his IPL's. :)

A friend dropped these off today, barely used. No interest in them, but I'll keep the PM 605 as a loaner. I'll probably dump the other one on the shop I deal with. We play a fun little game of giving each other stuff we don't want.....I usually come out a lot better than they do - Sam

Hey now, that saw looks alot like a deluxe Eager Beaver complete with a rear handle and an auto-oiler, better not dump it off or the Devil Beaver karma will sneak up on you...

Sorry Charles. Did I misinterprate your "hhhmm"? Now I'm confused. What was I talking about? Who said that???:dizzy:

Yeah...

hhmmm was me reconsidering the giving of 6ci for the use of "pwn"... He apologized, hhmmm retracted.

As for quiet...

wait WHAT!?!? Lemme turn this off.

Pm800

Docs finally released me to do a little work. So I tried out my latest PM800 at the firewood ministry today. Got into some real dirty wood with fine gravel in the bark from being pushed around in the parking lot. Chain sharpness would not last long. But it gave me the perfect excuse to put on my used but not abused 33" bar with square ground skip tooth that FedEx delivered today.

I got to use it helping cut up a couple of yard maples that were a few inches longer in diameter than the lenght of the new bar. Saw performed well. It took me a little bit to adjust to the characteristics of skip tooth but overall I was very pleased; although it looks like I am going to have to learn to cut straight again as most of my cuts ran to the right. A few more weeks and I should be up to the 125 unless I get grounded again - I have another round of CTA scans next Friday. Ron

Nevermind. The "quiet you" was because I thought the "hhhmmm" was dirrected at me (as in some sort of "pot calling the kettle black" sort of thing). Confused yet? Good. I am...:jester:

Hmm... never heard of a beaver that wasn't eager. :( That's sad. I thought they loved to cut trees down...
