For all you MAC guys out there, here's a couple of pics. of pistons that I came across at an antique store a few weeks ago. They were in a display, which I am keeping. I have no need for them myself. If anyone on the forum is interested in them please PM me soon. Otherwise, They will go to the Bay. I prefer to sale them as a lot. Most of them seem to be for large cube saws. All but one are NOS. I also have 8-10 NOS sprockets for large MAC & Homelite saws (most are Windsor brand still in the box). The Mac coil in the pic will go with the pistons. All offers considered. I'd rather see one of you guys gettem than go the Fleabay route. Please PM me.

OK, I'm back at home now. PM's are coming in with offers and lots uh questions. here's what I can do: Here's a list of all the MAC parts as far as I can tell. Make me ONE offer on ALL of it - plus buyer covers Ground UPS shipping. High bidder takes it all. PM all offers and I'll accept them until Wednesday night at 10pm EST. Other than the pics and the part #'s given I know nothing about this stuff. The small piston in the upper left hand corner of the pic has no part # on it - is new - but does have a small ding on the top edge. It can be repaired.
1. the pistons in the previous post pics above (the domed piston comes with a used rod)
2. (4) sprockets NOS
1. Sabre #N 177 K8 1/4"
2. Windsor #MC13-G7 w/sprocket bearing
3. Windsor #MC 10 67 no sprocket bearing
4. Windsor #ST-42-67 no sprocket bearing (not sure if it's for a MAC)
3. MAC Laminated Coil #51251 NOS in the box
4. Phelon Coil #FG 7049 NOS in the box
I'll charge exact shipping costs & box it all up nice and secure.

Well in fairness to the guy..........he did state in the item description that he didn't know anything about saws (or what they're worth), and was "starting high but taking offers." I sent him a $15 offer. He just declined...

I might have to consider selling my CP-70 if this is what they are worth. I believe that mine looks a little better too.

No Joke, I'm selling mine too!

That's some crazy coin for a saw that looks like that.
With a limp starter rope, to boot!

Hey, was wondering what a McCulloch Eager Beaver is worth, it has the 3.7 ci, very good condish.
my dad want to sell it, he's to old to run it anymore.

Thanks

If you get desperate, I may have a two bolt can muffler that will fit. I don't believe I have the correct three bolt muffler. Due to an encounter with the hard pack Sunday (biking accident), I can't make it down to the basement to check but hopefully I can by the weekend. Ron

Thanks for the offer Ron, I'll put that on the back burner.

Ron, jeesh man you got family to watch after. Dont be fallin into the pavement. Thats for the 20 some-things. Hope you're OK.

Thanks. Taking care of the family is what I was trying to do at the time. Long story short - family outing on Sunday, easy 17 mile downhill ride, newly wed daughter insists on a tandem bike, novelty wears off at about mile 7, S-I-L and I say we'll ride it back, 230# dad on front - 150# S-I-L on back (stupidity in hindsight), dropped off a old RR trestle at speed, bike stopped - we didn't, hit loose asphalt hard, S-I-L's landing cushioned by me, tried to man out the pain but by Monday a.m. can barely bend leg to put sock on, Tuesday a.m. can't bend far enough to put sock on, doc offers drugs, I say "No", he says go to work then, 2:30 p.m. can't stand up straight and I barely make it out of car, drugs offered again at 7:00 p.m. but no work tomorrow, I say"Give them to me", drugs kick in at 11:00 p.m., I'm now up at 3:00 a.m. for another round but at least I can walk to the kitchen without leaning on the wall. One day I'll learn being tough isn't always being smart. Ron

Sorry to hear, but it sounds like there are no broken bones. It'll make a great story at your next year's family GTG, "remember the time when....." Take care. DS
