Not sure why Dave's 660 was missing the clutch cover when he got it. Fraser has got the bars alright. He's posted pics before. He's got more steel in old Mac/Homelite/whatever bars than what's in a lot full of Toyotas........:hmm3grin2orange:

I wish I had a spare, the two I have are needed and both need repairs.

Yeah, if Fraz gets many more the earth will collapse and the sinkhole will be named after him.

Oh crap. Fraser may be making a road trip! You've gotta come down to the park and join us for a work party. Looks like Gologit is in, and we may have a RandyMac sighting as well. Gotta make up a wants/needs list.:msp_thumbup:

Nowhere near finalized yet. Only as much work as you feel like doing. After hauling all that stuff down here, you can limit yourself to 12-ounce fluid lifts while supervising us if you want.:D

Sounds like my mag/steel load is adding up.:msp_thumbup:

I recently bought my SP125C and got it in and overall it's a pretty decent saw. I am thinking of restoring this one and was wondering if anyone knows of a source for reproduction decals? I was thinking of having this saw powder coated and that will remove decals hence needing replacements. TIA..........

If anyone around here knows. Lee or Mark H will ...

You may want to go take a look at the House of Homelite site. Joe has many of his repro decal/sticker offerings posted over there.

Joe Salva is the first place to look, I only know him as Sugar Creek Supply but Aaron indicates he may be House of Homelite as well.

AS member 2-4-D? (sorry, can't remember his handle for sure) had some NOS ones.

e-bay seller bennettz (sp?) has a lot of decals he makes from photos, not as good as the ones Joe make and certainly not like NOS ones.

I don't know of anyone making the SP125 decals.

LOL. That was Teddy the WingNut.....not me. Joe doesn't run the HoH site..........at least he didn't when I last was on there. He does list some of his stuff there. I was going to suggest the CSCF site (Magnus' site). Joe has a seller's section there where his decal offerings are discussed in detail.

Maybe this guy has another or can put you on to one. McCulloch Super Pro 125 Decal Sticker | eBay Ron

One more to check off the list. I really did not intend to add "non McCulloch" saws to the collection but after I picked up the first Titan 57 the others seems to follow. I can say that almost all of the parts between the Titan 50, Titan 57, and Double Eagle 50 are interchangable. Obviously not the piston and cylinder between the 50 and 57 cc versions, but all of the other parts seem to be the same.

It does appear that the Double Eagle uses a slightly different system to secure the intake boot to the cylinder, I will try to remember and follow up with photos of both just for comparison.

Anyway, here is my Double Eagle 50 with a Titan 50 crank case and cylinder.

Hey Gents,

Been working on about 5 different saws right now...some decent CAD scores lately!

I know, pics!

Anyway, will a 3-10 DSP block work on a 3-10E?

I heard there may have been differences to accomodate for the charging system...but not from any of the resident gurus.

Please chime in:rock:

Thanks!

Andy

Pieced this 3214 together with parts from 08F150, 67L36driver and a few other members. Did the usual muffler mod and replaced all the usual maintenance parts including fuel and oil lines. Have a new 14" mac bar and chain on the way, once I get it bolted on ill fire it up. I took apart and cleaned up the carb but i didnt replace the diaphram etc....yet. I figured worse case scenario if its acting up the carb is easily accessable unlike the mini's. I know these saws are plastic and MAC's last run but they are pretty reliable. Have another 3516AV to fix after this one, we will see what happens:D

As long as the decompression ports are the same on both cylinders it should work. The decompression works off of the start button on the electric model.
