are parts hard to find for a 1120 pioneer

Hello

If your looking for a specific part you could try the swap meet thread or Rottmansales. If your just asking in general thinking of buying or bidding on one, I could probably dig up some gaskets for you. A parts saw is usually the best buy for a bunch of parts.

I won the P60 that sold last night on ebay, LINK . I've been in love with this series ever since Arrowhead raffled off his P62. What is the difference between the P60, P61, and P62? This one I got has no spark. I have no idea if these are points or electronic, or if parts are available.

Congrats Brad. The P60 uses an older type module than the P62. They have no points, just the module. Unfortunately that module is hard to come by. I've seen them go for almost $200 on the bay. There is a Homelite module that will fit it, but off hand I forget which one. Maybe someone will chime in. The P60 usually never has a chain brake. It has the lowest rpm of the bunch. Mainly due to carb and porting. It's 98cc, the 99 on Acres site is a typo.

Brad, the Homey module is from a 410. homelite 410 module | eBay

I personally never tried one, (I have a few spare originals I won't let go of :D). But I have heard from JJ, P62 and other Pioneer veterans that it will work fine. I'd try the Nova first, or wait till you get the saw.... you may get lucky and it may be a grounded stop switch wire. ;)

Congratulations
Glad to see someone on this thread got the P60. That saw looks to be in great shape.

Congrats Brad. Enjoy the vintage muscle saw. The P60's have nice weight and balance IMO. Best of luck getting it some spark.

New full wrap bars

You were right Arrowhead. It doesn't fit correctly. No big deal, I'll just have to run my P60 with a bent welded ugly handle.....

Tried to rep ya but the server wouldn't allow me to.....

There are new full wrap bars on ebay for P60, P61, etc.

Fellows take a look at the part number he has listed 476192. I see that listed for a P42???
The P50 and P60 series saws use a larger handle??

My IPL shows 475716 for a p42 full wrap. I can't even find 476192??

But the 50/60 series do take a bigger bar.

spark plug

Does anybody know what the correct spark plugs are for the P50 and P60. I have a service manual for the P50 and it suggest useing champion CJ6. I only know what acresinternet is telling me and I'm not sure I trust that info.
Thanks Kevin
