Well I scrounged up something today that I have wanted for a long time (note, I did not say needed.) Cheap enough by the pound at the scrapyard that I now have to decide whether to keep or flip. It's one of those opportunities that doesn't come up often so it may be a tough choice. I'm sure I can make several times my investment whenever I decide to sell, so I may keep to see how often they get used - probably not as much as in my younger years. And it could just be a chance to find out how many friends I have. ;)

Looks like the older setup we had at the dealership

Sold it to my pals brother in-law, Tommy

He was beyond happy with the deal I gave him

Yep, I suspect they were upgraded at a shop and discarded. They appear to have been operational and I hope it doesn't take much to get them going. I couldn't manage to fall into a deal like you offered so here I am.

OK, I had the bird come into our seed this morning, and I don't know what the heck it is! It is small and mostly black with a white head.

You will need to zoom the pictures to see it well. Don't know if it is a breed I am not familiar with, or if it is part albino.

Comments welcome.
Albino? You mean invisible?
Ha, was looking at the feeder…not the tray below :p

Sounds like a good plan. There aren't too many lakes around here where one can catch quality fish close to shore. All the small lakes are hammered constantly. There's a 10 acre lake near my house that will have 10-20 shacks on it on the weekends. There's Lake Winnebago but that requires driving with something to get to the fishing spots and I refuse to risk my truck.
Could get one of these!:envy:

Saw quite a few in South Dakota.
My sister lives on Washington, near that lake. Friend has a house right on it, down the street :p
I was there one February…lake was packed.

Geez… just saw on the news that there is a confirmed case of Bird Flu in Mustang Mike’s neck of the woods… Enough with the invasives already!
The last one took 1 dose of Hydroxychloroquine to cure 🙄
I **** you not…
