Stihl comparable to Husky 350

This saw cuts faster... this saw has more chain speed... this saw weighs 1.00000000345678 more pounds than the next... blah, blah, blah...

Get the saw that you have the best dealer support for. Where parts are available, and you can have it serviced if you so desire... not gonna happen if you buy a saw over the internet or at Wal-mart. Stihl, Husqvarna, Dolmar... make damn good saws, but.................

I won't recommend a pro level saw because you don't need it. The 250/270/350/455/### will work fine. Pick one that feels good to YOU. You are the one that has to run the thing. You can't pick up a saw and feel it in your hands that is sold on the internet. See my point here...

Talk about hitting the nail on the head!!! Visit your dealer and handle both saws to see which one feels better to you. Your the one that's going to use it the most so you want the one that feels better in hand-not on paper. You can invest in a pro saw to get better power/weight ratio but your conscience will outweigh the difference in any two saws!!!! I like my husky better than my stihl(in the medium saws) only because it feels more comfortable.
