Ed,

it's possible I do in the stash of (O-L-D) NOS stihl parts I have.... I won't have time until the weekend to get in the shop and look through the box of seals, rings, and bearings ....

being busy w/ life SURE puts a damper on the 'fun' stuff :msp_sad:

076 av mounts

anyone have some stihl 076 av mounts? My rear handle mount and bottom full wrap handle mounts are completely shot! If not does anyone have the PN's? I want to make sure I get the right ones from fleabay if no one here has them...

Correction... I looked all around ebay and can't find the bottom full wrap mount... Anyone have the part number for it? I can probably take care of the others...

I have a brand new, still in the box Stihl 20" 33RSC72 chain. Full chisel, .050 gauge, 72 drive links. I would like to trade for one that has 70 drive links. RSC, RMC, or LGX/LPX doesn't matter as long as its new.

PM me.

Making room. :)

064 runs, oils, cuts well. Missing front, lower left AV buffer. If I make it by the dealer I will grab one, the screw and plug/cap for it are included. The right cylinder cover bolt is stripped, I have an original screw but haven't decided whether to helicoil it or tap it bigger. Dual dogs, HD filter, Walbro carb (wj6 or wj10 I don't recall). 155psi on my gauge.

Bar is 24" to the tip from the spikes, the size is worn off. How do they measure Stihl bars?

It should clean up nicely.

Says he wants 500:dizzy:

Umm, no I didn't but thanks for sharing your low reading comprehension.

While I appreciated your $250 offer I'm out not sure why you didn't just post it if if you intended to share what was said in pm's. We have differing opinions of what the saw will bring, no need for you to be pissy about it.

That saw will clean up very well and will bring 500.00 easily if it runs good.

What a bunch of guys miss is that many "shiny" saws you see on ebay just have some new plastic and paint.....

What Tom has here is a diamond in the rough. Looking at the recoil I see a saw that sat more than was used. Many have the paint worn away and the ridge in the center of the recoil worn down from rubbing on the users pant leg.....
