Good stuff Vince, you keep this up and you could become famous and be chief test pilot or Ozito, thousands will want your autograph and of coarse you will be able to start up your own T shirt line.......... oh and stickers......
Naa don't wanna be famous. Just getting the facts out there. I am sure guys like ya self could really make these saws sing if we're so inclined [emoji6]
It's all for ***** and giggles for me.

Top handled saws tend not to last long because they are given a pretty hard time going up and down trees and the bars are regularly pinched and they're run flat knacker in some damn big wood pretty much non stop....

If you can get something light and relatively powerful for 9% the cost of the cheapest Stihl top handled it may well prove to be a great alternative, buy a couple of them though just to be sure.

A bit of history there mate, I always thought those (martini henry) rifles could blow the load back at the shooter, the way the breech opens ect, I know they can't but with big loads like the 45/70 or bigger I wonder sometimes.
I have seen a little rebarrelled version martini with a light 22 barrel with screw on attachment, just a click and a whack a bit later.

Weren't those old girls black powder jobs originally or were they burning cordite.

i think as falling block action they solid as can be but i'd wonder and worry too pulling the trigger on 100 plus year old rifle with cartridge that big . I read up think they once were black powder then went to cordite but was some issue

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martini–Enfield

The Martini–Enfield Mk I was effectively a Martini–Henry Mk III rebarrelled to .303 and with a new extractor installed, whilst the Martini–Enfield Mk II rifles were generally of new manufacture- although there are examples of converted Mk II rifles.

Originally (from 1889) Martini–Henry conversions used Metford rifled barrels (and were known as Martini–Metford rifles), which were more than suitable for the first .303 cartridges, which used black powder as a propellant, but they wore out very quickly when fired with cordite/nitrocellulose cartridges (introduced in 1895) and so in 1895 the Enfield rifled barrel was introduced, which was much more satisfactory and suitable for use with "modern" (smokeless) ammunition.

At this stage a select range of dealers are selling the fuel as a pilot run. Sales have been fantastic so far they said.
Also due to popular demand the thin bar oil is gone and the old stuff is back. Still have a few 20 litre drums of the thin stuff to move out the door.

How much is the motomix going for there Vince

Probably Chinese but perhaps these are cheap GB bars to go with your lil screamers

Nope they're Aussie bars. They are bloody good too. I've got a 20" .325 on my 026 and and a few spares and I got a hand full of 16"s for the 241. They're are really good little bar much better then the arbour tech/pro and power tip plus bars made elsewhere. I sold matty1 a 16 for his 241 but the sprocket nose actually chipped out, got a replacement and I don't know how that ones gone

Ok guys. Time to bore you to tears with some vids with some test cuts.
First up. Just a muffler mod on the Ozito with the bar and chain that came with it.
Lots of chatter with this chain.

Next up is Ozito with Stihl 1/4" semi and bar. Saw felt great with this. Smooth as silk. And quicker.

Then the 192t with same bar and chain.

And then my mates Talon 35cc black hawk lol. Muffler mod, timing and gasket delete. And a fresh Stihl 3/8 LP semi chain.

Standard 1/4 or 1/4picco?

well that was a fun firewood run today, slipping everywhere on the way in(up hill) whenever the turbo even got close to making any boost and then nearly getting pushed sideways off the track coming back down fully loaded even with 14psi all round in the mtz's. damn it was fun
