I couldn't agree more mate. Every immigrant needs to have a 15 year good behaviour condition. Do anything worthy of a fine over a few hundy or any prison term, they can pissooorf back to where they came from (and their local assets/accounts frozen to pay for the court costs and plane ticket). If their family want to stay it's their call. If their family are dependants then they go with them. End of.

Don't like it, don't immigrate. If their country of origin won't guarantee to take 'em back if they are coming back as a result of breaching their 15 year good behaviour period, then they are refused entry at the border and put on the next plane out.

Has anybody ever wondered why the vast majority of cue jumping boat people are male? Many of these cue jumpers have been persecuted in their own countries for good bloody reason. Their own countries don't want them but somehow we need to take them - I am very sceptical of any male who will abandon their family and claim refugee status. If their lives have been under threat in their home country then how the hell can their family not be under threat too? I don't call them refugees, I call them gutless running off on their families like that.
To think that they can claim refugee status in Australia/NZ and somehow butter instantly won't melt in their mouths is a crock of s**t.

The old line of "we were all refugees once" is wearing thin with me as times have changed. I don't recall any Greeks, Italians, Poms, Irish, Vietnamese etc etc ever arriving in Australia and instantly hating their host country. I don't even have to state which race or religion I'm referring to for 99% of people to understand. I saw one flogger on the TV the other night from Sydney's Western Suburbs stating that his allegiance to Australia comes in way down his list.

For sure mate. I mean if we all go back to the Russians vs. the Chechens most people forgot that the Chechen rebels were predominantly muslim extremists. At the time people thought the Russians were using too much force. In hindsight they didn't use enough. Then we look at the Tamil Tigers bolting from Sri Lanka in droves after the Sri Lankan government kicked their arse and 32 countries named them as a terrorist organisation. Then you have a swag of afghanis and if you talk to any ex military guys from over there you'll find that nobody knows what bloody side they're on. One minute they're planting a field and the next minute they're shooting at you. Then you have a heap of africans coming over and most people have absolutely no idea whether the individuals in question were chopping kid's heads off or whether they were on the receiving end. Once again when you speak to guys that have been over there with the UN they'll tell you that both sides are as bad as each other. A lot of these pro refugee groups need to start taking a hard look at where some of these guys have come from and then have a rethink about how they'll fit into Australian society. Sad part is that Australian society is turning into the same sh*thole that these guys came from.

Looks well made and I'm sure it's precise (and expensive) but I can't work out how a hand cranked carbide cutter will do the job properly, especially trying to cut through the chrome plating at low rpm's. Would be interesting though.

From what I have heard it's a bit of a fancy gadget, not something you would use to sharpen 10 chains a day. A proper filing guide would be much faster IMO and just as accurate.

I bought two of them for my volunteer trail crews. Now I don't have to sharpen their chains for them. It's a little slower than a grinder but with some practice it will put a good edge on a chain. Trues up all the angles, too.
