Another one of these evil little saws :D

stepping back a few pages,,, I started up the same brand of saw on the weekend (given to me) and it started in 2 pulls choke after prime, then go. Can't complain about that but,,,, its performance is well, slow. and smoky

Rep

can anybody explain or point me the right way to understand the whole rep thing and all the pretty colours beneath our names on here?

call me a dullard but id like an idea of whats going on!

RE the saw above, i had a mate who fell on hard times a while back, he knew trees pretty well so started doing a bit of climbing, he used one of those saws and had it for a fair while from what i remember. i know theyre pretty pooey but it defo got him out of a hole.

Hey don't stress mate, I can't make head nor arse of it either. All I know is that green is good and red is bad.

750

hahaha! read the message bushy! i did think it was a bit odd that fencing suppliers may have a filter!

ill crawl back to my hole!

ta!

750

maybe its worth a try, perhaps they run only cs 750 evl's and have a massive stockpile of NOS they would be happy to dip in to! stranger things have happened!!!

Cad

on here again. i told you it was getting a bit out of hand, and i dont even have fancy saws to play with!!! once the 750's going well im porting the spare 61 jug and doing the muff mod i was on about on here before, i need a nice bit of shed time. especially with this weather!
i even have more 'stuff i need to keep us warm' (haha!) 18" for the 61, 18-20" for the 750, hydraulic gear for the splitter build etc etc etc!

looking at ultrasonic cleaners too, 'for the 4x4's and the holden' hahaha! essential maintenance im telling her! 'we'll save a fortune on injector cleaning and carb rebuilds'

I'm so slow good guess matt extra points for a model tho. Any takers on the yellow one on stands on the left?

I knew the yellow one was a Valiant ute (VC?) but not sure on the model of the Aston. The first one that came to mind was a DB5 but I don't think it is. All I know is that it's nice. My dad would know immediately what model it is as he's an absolute genius on older cars.

It's a db5 well done and the vals an old wayfarer vc and so you lot also know now I'm not just a dumb pube in Canberra I'm a dumb mechanic instead who's hand brake is crook so his on cooking duty s home made venison bangers with creamy mash
