deye223, those Brno's are beautiful guns. I had a 601 in .243 years ago - great hunting rifle.

yep had a ZKK601 1967 mfg in .243 and it had a beautiful piece of wallnut lots of figure had that pop up peep sight at the rear of the receiver even had the zeiss jena 4x scope that come with it new a bastard too sight in for windage but once it was done a earth quake was not gunna move it

Matt, that is funny my brother had his Ruger #1 22/250 rechambered to 40 degrees Ackley improved trying to chase my swift. That was 30 years ago when we were young and keen. I love my Perazzi and shoot AA with it but i think my 62 year old Beretta is prettier. Kevin Slee made the stocks - a little easier to deal with than Kevin Wright (but not as good diagnostically).

Kevin Wright was who I called I think the only way my Ackley caught my brother's Swift velocity wise was with the 27" barrel. Luckily (or unluckily!) my brother went through a phase of using this JB bore cleaner stuff and overused it, wrecking his Swift's accuracy. Therefore I won

I have a mate who does security at nightclubs who uses something very similar. He reckons it's OK but that's only short range. If you were using it for hunting or something it probably lacks the zoom. I thought about something like that for tree felling videos

They should work fine at that distance. My mate's setup will record at 720P resolution which is pretty good.
