You treated him and his saw with respect. You were upbeat all the way. He tried to rile you by taunting you with the remark that his Dolmar outcut the Stihl. You did not bitebut stayed your ground with dignity and respect. You built customer loyalty and the payoff was the sale and he will be back again and again.

Yup he did try to rile me with that talk but I was the wiser, play that game many times before and come to think of it rarely ever lost one,lolol. He told me how he came about that Dolmar as well the day he brought it in. Claimed he bought it from a old Husky dealer years ago thats out of business now. He went on to tell me he went in to buy a Husky and the owner told him the Dolmar was a better saw. I didn't play into that either. I told him well Husky is a good saw too. He seemed to be after a opinion out of me and I wouldn't give him one because in my mind I was thinking I got a sale coming here, sure enough today it came.,lolol. Never argu with a potenial sale, always agree,lol...........
