You didn't tell him what saw to own?

Thats a real good point there Space. Customers don't come in to hear a bunch of bull about brands and all, they come with a need of somekind. I do at times kid around by saying to some "man you need a new saw or are you sure you really want to fix up this old thing". I however never make anyone feel bad about what they own, thats the biggest no no any seller can make. I turn very few away no matter what they have because any customer that walks in the door with anything is a potential sale. Its impossible to sell to those you never see so I welcome them all. I can't always help them due to not having parts and such but I can makem feel right at home regardless. You'd be surprised how much that counts when they do get in the mood to buy, they return home to buy.................

Larry neat avitar. I don't know whats going on but I read a few of Saps posts today and durn if he isn't a changed man or something. He actually hit the nail on the head in one of his posts about a guy needing two saws. I even had to eat crow and adimt to him he was right, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr,lol.
