If I broke it then I would have paid for it, no problem. I may be an a-hole, but I'm not a jerk.

Well Sap really makes no differance how it broke, whether it was broke out the box and the dealer missed it, whether it cracked in use or whether you dropped it on a hard surface, makes no differance. Also makes no differance whether your a jerk or a a hole cause ya know what, had you been dealing with me it would have been no questions asked. You would have gotton your choice of another saw or your money back with a big sorry that happened. There is no way you would have walked out mad, just isn't no way because what, yup, you said it best, I'm The Master Baiter. What went wrong in your case was three wrongs, your throwing a fit and the young man not knowing what to do, neither would have took place with The Master Baiter. You would have come on here with a completely different story to tell, a good one on how its really done. That was the third wrong , the long story of trying to say in so many words we're, Stihl dealers, are all alike. That took it to the limit. You came on venting instead of getting results and thats that.
You love the back and forth, hell I know that. Seems to me now though your sorta tiring of the usual and want to move one by the looks of some of your posts of late. So tell us Sap is that the case? Hell me being the Master Baiter of sales maybe I can even sell you to everyone in here as one of the good ole boys but only if ya want. They aren't gonna let up on ya till you say nuff said, lets get back to talking saws, NOT BASHING, saws. So Sap let it rip, whatcha wanna do and ya better not make fun of my pellin either,haha...

I'm actually disappointed in this stuff. Eight dollars and the warming part is not too effective as well as the lubricating properties. Not bad for massages though....Astro-Glide is preferable.:hmm3grin2orange:

Ass-tro glide? That's bs. You might as well just use mineral oil as that stuff. Whatever though...too much information.

Sorry, but (and we've been over this before) ....no "fits" were thrown until the Stihl dealer nonchalantly said that I was sheet-outta-luck. Wrong answer.

Would you have done any better? I can't say, but I'll tell you what...rather than argue, if the Stihl dealer had offered to 'trade up' on say, a 361 (and given me a little discount on the price difference for my trouble)....we wouldn't be having this conversation. I wouldn't have even had to unclamp the mill from the bar.

Well that would be a good jester. Did you offer to pay the difference between the two saws. From what I understand These dealers don't make much on saw sales. Hmmmm Ooooooooor do they?
