climbing boots

Howd'y, anybody have any good info on boots that'll give me my moneys worth. I've been climbing many years always got good service outa redwings, but the last three pair lasted about4-6 months and now theywent up to $175. I think there has to be something better. Thanks Steve

Let me tell you about the Phanner Zermat Chainsaw Climbing ground work Boot! IT"S AWESOME!!! Look it up at TreeStuff or Wesspur! Another one that looks super promising is the Salewa Condor, or Rapace! lots of great reviews! Redwings and those logger boots wrecked my feet!

There are lots of posts about boots. To get a good answer, more info is needed...most important spikes or not?
