Need some help.....CP125 is missing the plastic piece that fits behind the trigger making the handle smooth. Part is 69350 in the IPL, it does not look like the same one from the SP125 and the numbers are different.

Anybody know if the one from the SP will fit the CP....they do look different. The IPL doesn't show how the CP handle plastic even is held in place, no screw to hold it inside the handle, unless I'm missing something?

Thanks,

Has something changed with posting pictures, or is it just me? When I "unclick" Retrieve local file, etc the okay button disappears. I didn't locate any new posts on image posting changes. Thanks, Ron

My first try at posting.

Gentlemen, as my wife will verify, I am bad at spelling, I don't know how to punctuate, my grammer is lousy, and I don't know how to run a computer, but I'm jumping into AS with both feet.

After reading all of this thread and all the threads I could find on ports and porting, I have a question.

Does "Third Port Induction" do anything? In other words does it work. Does it ad torque or RPM. If it adds torque, at what RPM.

The reasons I ask are 1: the first thing Karters do is turn the Induction Port into a Boost Port and combine it into the reed valve system 2: the piston skirt only opens the Induction Port to the crankcase from about 64 degrees befor TDC to 64 degrees after.

Could someone please explain how the Induction Port works in detail.

Here's your pic, Ron ...

Thanks. Must be something on my end because the above is what I always do. But now the Okay button disappears. Ron

I think I will let that on simmer a bit, I just don't have that kind of change to spare right now.

Mark

It didn't last long. Probably no real loss - as I don't really see you as a new-in-the-box type collector, but rather a collector/user - twice the fun; or a collector/fixer/user - three times the fun. Ron

where does that leave the fixer/collector-in-denial???? :) I cut my own firewood and work around the house - if I used one saw per tree, I would clear my property! (well, if they were all running... that is the fixer part. I've got 5 dolkita concrete saws torn down to the bearings on the bench right now --- trying to get at least one keeper, and enjoying the hobby).
