You didn't get back to me with what you wanted for it. What are you looking for in trade.........................or what cash value are you looking for? You said you had "some into it" that you needed to get out. Understandable, but what $$$ do you need to get out? I first contacted you via PM's about this saw a couple of days ago......and since then asked more than a few times what you wanted for it....

If 350jeepcj5 gets this XL904, then he can forget about that CS451 carcass of mine...:ices_rofl:

Didn't realize you were first in line, dont want to step on any toes! i don't need this saw but am looking for a saw comparable in engine size, just to throw that out there!

Don't worry about it...

You had no way of knowing we were communicating back and forth via PM's. I was just a bit taken back for a moment when I saw his latest post. I had thought we were 'in negotiations' for the saw, but I guess I was mistaken. Life's too short for me to get all torqued over a chainsaw. I'll still send you the little echo carcass too (that comment in my last post was a failed attempt to lighten things back up).:D

If you've made an offer on his XL904 and he's accepted it, then by all means buy his Homelite if a deal works out. We hadn't gotten that far in our PM's. He'd described the saw to me and told me he hadn't yet decided what he wanted for the saw. Went back and forth a bit. I asked him a few times to let me know when he had decided on an asking price or trade want. He never said "make me an offer"..............but I gather (now) that he was waiting for one. Next thing I know he posted a couple more pics with a description and the "an offer or a trade may give it a new home" comment in his latest Swap Meet post above (thereby soliciting outside interest, such as yours). Oh well.....

Sorry guys I traded him a wildthing for it. LOLOLOL

Just kidding, Ron is a great guy and will work it all out, never fear.

Of that I do not doubt. Was just a bit surprised (or was under a false assumption). That avatar pic is really really really disturbing BTW.......:ices_rofl:

Yeah the avatar is a real life pic of SS. The thing around his neck is to keep him from biting his own ass, but he nips it some anyway. ;)

Any interest in these saws? I don't have them yet, but if I can flip them and make a few dollars to help pay for my boat restoration, I'll pick them up. Let me know.
