It's another possibility neil, I have some engine parts at inverell to collect, might go down the coast and home the western road.
There's about 3" of snow at my place ATM.

No no no, the mains are oem new from Stihl.
The crank is genuine NOS from my old boss, twas hidden amongst some old Mac parts in an ancient box.... Prob headed for the Tip!
Thanks 2 a couple of members on this thread, soon I shall have a solid performing 090..... Hopefully!!!!!

Yeah postage would have cost more I'd say? thank god for OEM made in China parts lol...only joking I know that crank is OEM Stihl.....
In all honesty I did buy chinese made parts for a Stihl chainsaw once off evilbay thinking how bad could they be with all the guys talking em up on AS? well all I can say is I opened the packet had a look shook my head and throw them in the bin! wish I was joking but true story haha...

Not a arctic 660 lol.... but I bet it would have fired up an run fine, I would have gave it a go if I wasn't still in my grandpa slippers! haha....
Wasn't that cold about 1 or 2 degrees, we get big frost in the mornings of about -9 plus on a bad day...I might have even mowed me law if my mower wasn't frozen lol...
And no I've never even seen snow before definitely something new,got up this morning looked out the window and thought I was tripping looked like Christmas!.....Global warming so they say go figure? why it seem to be getting colder?
all I know is if you see this crap (snow) more than once in a lifetime it's time to move! haha....

.....Might even give this setup a run should fit? not try it yet even got a 9pin in .404 thanks to splitpost many moons ago .. My chain may let me down but I been working on that for a few years now, think I got it 10% worked out, not even joking lol... Not one of my worked on chains in the video is only hand file round work chain...The hours I have in some chains I couldn't even add up but OMG yeah I get it! well kind of! lol and could not even imagine the hours you guys have in chains....but still am walking around with a blindfold on when it comes to a fast chain myself....

Hopefully she'll perform ok.
Only learning about the chains myself, about 8hrs from go 2 wo 4 me on a single 20" loop.
A lot of guys are upto 20hrs, time is my biggest enemy ATM!
I'm improving slowly all the time, having tonnes of fun along the way, with some top blokes!!!
