Wondering how much per mtr is firewood going for in your area ?.

Around here that would sell for about $280.00 a Tonne

Don't send it here Andrew, we only get $100-120 per tonne.

Yours should be over $200 right?

It won't unless you open the rails with a hammer and screwdriver.

I can help...

I have several 18" bars N.O.S. with the 009 Husky mount. But....they are 3/8" .058 68DL, However I also happen to have brand now 73LG x 68DL chain to go with them.
I was told your sprocket should accommodate .050-.063? Confirm this and one 18"bar and 2 chains will be at your door by weeks end for $50 delivered.
Darin
This was why I was asking the question, I thought you get one or the other
Or is it different with this
Regards Peter

The sprocket has to have the same pitch as the bar nose sprocket, It has nothing to do with bar groove size.
The bar groove size has to match your chain drive link size ie 050", 058", 063".

been watching it for days,id probly buy it too but can't justify yet another tool that would see 2 weeks a year of use.........I think i'm loosing interest..........................

Yeah but how many times you convince yourself you don't need it then when theirs 1 min to go on the auction you start bidding I've won so many things I didn't need but get caught up in the moment

Gologit,i wouldnt waste popcorn on Bob.He turns up here, tries to put crap on people and then realises nobody gives a toss....then goes away back down his hole to think of something better :dizzy:

Andrew,im not sure on prices here.Last week i sent a pic to Matt of a crate of wood a local guy wanted $195.00 for.I reckon it would be no more then half a tonne.Hes dreaming though,i reckon $195.00 for a full tonne is top dollar around these parts...wood isnt hard to find.

McBob.

Ok,,,, is that the best you can come up with.

I'm going back to my life now if that is ok uncle Robert.

Andrew, I think firewood is pretty cheap around here ATM, but IIRC you go 40km north or south it doubles in price/load.

$80/ute load seems to ring a bell from Moose.
He was using his 79 Series but probably only stacked to the top of the drop-sides.
