Neil, I don't know what's causing your doubles, but I deleted that one for you.

460, what's that Browning OU in the pic? Love my XT, but when I go to the woods it's the old beater 870 that comes with. Just couldn't bear to scratch the pretty wood on the Browning. I guess you could call it a "gun club baby".

G'day Steve it's a stoger condor supreme its a bloody good gun for what I paid came with a heap of chokes and nice timber that's not normally on cheaper guns and its the only gun I have ever brought brand new.

Warm night here tonight, luckily I have an outdoor bug zapper indoor, no new chainsaws for a while...I'm getting withdrawal symptoms.
I did have a possible repair job on a husky 345 that had been run over but $195 for parts made it not worthwhile.

I finally got round to fixing the husky 141 today so I can box it up and send it to the old boy and he can clean up the mess from the Darwin storms

Oh the new 2 year old triton spat the dummy today, engine started missing and running rough. stopped and started ok except for the engine management light stayed on.
Rang our local mechanic and he thought injector, but I recon no way as engine has 66K on the clock.
Limped it back to town to the dealer and left it for them to plug into their computer.
Late result,,,,, stuffed injector and the 1st one recorded on the new 2.5 motor, good thing its still under warranty. Hope to have back tomorrow sometime.

I won't touch another Mitsubishi again, the hydraulic pump in the wife's magna auto trans disintegrated leaving her stranded.
According to the trans mechanic it's a common problem.

Well, so far its been running as per usual, its good on fuel, has sh-t loads of power, and has all the bells and whistles. I will not be keeping this one after my last 4x4, soon as it hits 4 years old its gone.
I asked the service manager yesterday are many GW's coming back for repairs as they sold heaps of them, his reply was not really, they had a recall on them regarding some asbestos gasket in the exhaust or something but he said the engines are solid and going ok, and a lot of tradies have bought the utes and bash them Dailey, so far they are taking it.

Question for the resident GW owner,,,, Hows your

Is that because they are gutless Matt or something wrong with them, I was guessing the service man was meaning the diesel utes in particular.
I am noticing some appearing in the used car lots here but maybe they are mainly the ones which have turned 4 years and being replaced.

gday fella's. gees havent u all been a busy bunch here the past week. been getting the patrol ready for a forum meet up or GTG as they call them in the US this weekend past at Talbotville and managed to catch up with Al and his tuff lil' patrol and his trusty side kick Axle the super hound. very nice bloke.
the saws had a good run cutting up the fire wood, and making up a T- log.

the guys pulled a log over of the river, which was a **** idea as A its full of dirt and stones and B its wet. so ended up splitting it all and drying it around the fire over nite

note the diesel in the middle of the track.. a low Rodeo holed his tank on rocks going up Billy Goat Track.

a spot of rain for an hr on satday.
