Extreme shipping charge

I recieved the saw today. The mcculloch model 49 is a model 47. I guess the guy can't read the handle of the saw. The model 73 has a broken case cover. The seller managed to take two pictures of the saw and not show the coil hanging off the front of the saw. The shipping cost was actually just under $82 dollars. So I guess he need $38 dollars for handling. Probably the worst experience I've had buying saw on ebay.

File a complaint and make him take the saws back w/ full refund and he eats shipping. Hell, PayPal refunded a buyer that I sold to before USPS finished the investigation into lost/stolen goods, so the jerk didn't even have legit standing to request a refund at that point. I would hope they will make somebody make good on misrepresentation of goods sold.
