Did you use that piston and jug I sent?

Glad to hear your caught up. Your new scheduling system must be working.

My first scheduled saw arrives on the bench August 11th. I'm wanting to have everything else outta here before that happens.

The jug is the one you sent. The piston is one the customer sent. I'm saving the piston you sent for my NOS 064.

Your 044 jug ain't gonna cut it.........no worries though. I have a extra, and am porting it for you.

I just finished up my overhaul of my 200T and 201T saws. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the 200T finished myself, cost me $20 in labor to get the carb. cleaned and tuned. I'm O.K. with that for my first saw. 201T is running great!

My new to me 044.Its on the bench, but only so I can look at and enjoy it!!!
It took a year, and either looking over thrashed old junk or not being able to get to the deals before someone else. But I think it was worth waiting for.

Can't wait to see your NOS 064!

That's very generous of you to fix me up with an 044 cylinder! I have something for you, too. It will be headed your way soon. Thank you.

Today I'm tearing down a 036 for a total rebuild.damn near a new saw but it melted down.looks as though the pto side seal sprung a leak.I'm thinking that was caused from stihls shielded bearing idea at the time.

Got a partially finished Stihl 075 waiting on a carb rebuild and muffler install before buttoning her up and seeing if it works, my 026 just stopped running after sitting for a month so I have to figure out what happened there, have an 044 in a box under the bench that will be started on soon - doesn't need much more than some cleaning, and a pesky Mini-Mac that has been under my bench for almost a year with fuel delivery issues.

All will have to wait until the Mrs. and I are done with our kitchen cabinets and breakfast bar though - gotta eat!
